Hand crafted with fresh whole eggs and the highest quality semolina No. 1 flour available, Cucina Fresca Pasta has a delicate texture and flavor that dry pasta cannot match. Premium vine-ripened plum tomatoes are slowly simmered to perfection in small batches for Cucina Fresca Marinara, Puttanesca, Smoked Tomato and Tomato Vodka Sauces. Fresh seasonal ingredients and the best tasting cheese available are used in making Cucina Fresca Ravioli. Hand picked basil and first cold press extra virgin olive oil are the foundation of a fragrant and delicious pesto sauce. Whenever possible, ingredients are sourced locally. We use only the best natural ingredients and do everything within our power to conserve energy and resources. Our food is packaged to maximize quality and minimize environmental impact. Cucina Fresca sauce jars are designed to be reused or recycled, and our pasta trays and mac and cheese boxes are recyclable. Bradley Glaberson, Executive Chef & President Brad Glaberson has been creating outstanding food for more than twenty years. His passion for pasta began at the Culinary Institute of America where fellow students struggling with making pasta from scratch were told to "go see Brad." Brad's talent for making great pasta was evident during his two-year tenure as Cucina Fresca's general manager prior to his purchase of Cucina Fresca. In addition, Brad created fine food at Canyon Ranch Spa in Giving Back Our first passion is offering awesome, fresh food for people. Our second passion is helping fellow earth-dwellers.
