Crispy Bleu Cheese & Fig Ravioli with Balsamic Jelly
1 jar balsamic jam Canola Oil Sea Salt Place enough oil in frying pan to just cover the ravioli. Heat oil on medium high until 350 degrees. Use tongs or long-handled spoon to gently place ravioli in hot oil. Fry 45 seconds and gently place fried ravioli on napkin to soak up any residual oil. Plate and serve with Balsamic Jelly.
