Not your mom's brussels sprouts recipe. Makes an excellent side dish for roasted turkey or grilled steak.
1 jar Cucina Fresca Tomato Vodka Sauce
1 pound brussels sprouts
3 Tbl olive oil
Wash, drain and dry the brussels sprouts. Cut off the bottom stem then cut in half. Sauté in the olive oil over medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes or until tender and golden brown. Add Tomato Vodka sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes.
