Forget melting butter and cream, just add some Tomato Vodka Sauce to your spuds and you’re done!
1 jar Cucina Fresca Tomato Vodka Sauce
4 pounds medium Russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Put lid on saucepan and bring to a boil; cook for 20-25 minutes or until very tender. Strain well. Add Tomato Vodka Sauce, salt and pepper. Mash until light and fluffy.
4-6 as a side dish
Dry out your cooked potatoes in a low oven. The drier the potatoes the more sauce they can take. More sauce, more flavor!
